There are certain movies — the recent Adam Sandler hit Uncut Gems is now popularly classed among them — that keep you under high stress until the credits roll. Eliza Hittman’s ( Beach Rats) Sundance drama Never Rarely Sometimes Always, about a teenage girl trying to get an abortion, will likely make you nervous and uneasy throughout, but there are flashes of respite. And all of these safe moments, where you can finally take a breath, take place inside a Planned Parenthood. Sidney Flanigan — a remarkable discovery — stars as Autumn, an intense 17-year-old girl living in rural, conservative Pennsylvania, who discovers early in the film that she’s pregnant. Terrified of her affectionate mother and casually cruel stepfather finding out, and receiving little understanding from the ostensibly well-meaning doctor at her local clinic, she confides in her sympathetic cousin Skylar (Talia Ryder), and the girls hatch a plan. Running on desperation and stolen cash, they take a bus to New York, where Autumn won’t need parental consent to get an abortion, and where they have no one to turn to and no place to stay. Writer-director Hittman resists the urge, again and again, to lean into sentiment, and the film succeeds as brilliantly as it does because she is vigilant not to fall down easy traps of romanticizing or wallowing in Autumn’s misfortune — nor, it is worth noting, does she judge it. There’s no need to heavily editorialize here; Hittman is an assured enough filmmaker to portray this drama honestly and non-manipulatively, trusting her audience to interpret the complicated heartbreak of Autumn’s predicament without having to explain it to them. Focus Features The details of this pregnancy’s conception are irrelevant to the issue at hand, and Hittman doesn’t distract us with them, revealing only what we need to know but sharing little, terrible hints at so much else. Flanigan and Ryder, both in their big-screen debuts, are highly natural actors and a compelling pair, visibly bonded by the shared indignities and unique vulnerability of teenage girlhood. The devastating scene that gives the film its title, and Flanigan’s astonishing performance in it, is worth the price of admission alone. Never Rarely  takes place in what is at once a magical, far-off New York, where Autumn and Skylar float through neon-lit nights playing arcade dance games and sharing pastries, and a stark, too-tangible reality. One particularly effective device comes in the form of the girls’ unwieldy shared suitcase that never leaves their side as they navigate a labyrinth of sidewalks; Hittman takes the time to let us feel the weight of it, lingering on them struggling to get it on the subway, up some stairs, onto a table — and that’s not to mention the other burdens, more space-efficient but no less heavy, following them at the same time. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival on the same day as the March for Life in Washington, where Donald Trump became the first sitting president to speak at the annual anti-abortion event. A woman’s right to choose is one of the defining issues of our time; Never Rarely Sometimes Always  is an urgent, extraordinary film for this very moment. Movies like this help our your ladies to see they are not invisible or the only one going through these type of situations. There are people who care and what to help you. This is exactly the kind of story that needs to be told right now. This looks intense for me, i couldn't imagine how some women will feel watching it. Bravo for telling this story.

Average rating 3. 31 · 7, 216 ratings 1, 229 reviews | Start your review of Never Always Sometimes 3. 4 stars! Was fun! Love the whole can boys and girls be best friends angle of it, but I had issues with some of the plot points and the lead characters felt a little cartoony and unrealistic at times. Honestly? I finished this book a week ago and really can't find anything substantial to say about it. I'll try to articulate what makes this book so dull and forgettable. Never Always Sometimes is a wannabe John Green book. It tries to follow in JG's footsteps by creating overly quirky, intelligent characters caricatures who do not resemble any teenagers I've ever known. Except, unlike Green's works and others who have tried to do similar things, this book isn't particularly well-written or.. Words cannot properly express the annoyance and frustration I felt after finishing this book. I actually felt the same way towards the the end of the Paper Towns movie (I haven't read the book yet)--as if the whole story was all for nothing. It wasn't a pointless book, per se, but I definitely think the end lacked proper closure and will probably leave a lot of readers unsatisfied. Maybe even pissed if you're oddly emotional like me. I think the main reason I couldn't feel the book was because I.. Things that I hated about Never Always Sometimes: (THERE'S NOTHING TO LOVE) (Sorry not sorry) 1. ) The blurb:.. best friends, a boy and girl, make a list of the cliché things they will never do their senior year. LOLOLOLOLOL. This book sounds so cliché already. 2. ) Two "characters" who are so hell bent on embracing their "individuality" that in the end, they just came out fake and unrealistic for me: Seriously, they do not even resemble the guys I went with in high school. I CANNOT RELATE. I.. I probably now understand why most Goodreaders rated this so low. It’s probably the last 25% of the book where the plot started to mess up but during the first good portion of the novel, I thought it was really good. It was very well written, smart, creative, funny and relatable. The plot started out really interesting about these childhood best friends, Dave and Julia, and their goal at defying clichés while proving there aren’t clichés after all, only personal truths to individual stories. I.. Wow. Never Always Sometimes took me by surprise. More so, because we got off on a bad start. While I thought the Prologue was beautiful and well done, the opening chapters lost me quickly. The beginning starts off with Dave's POV, and I just couldn't connect with the sudden and intense pining (four years in the making) that he had for Julia. It just... didn't feel real. And I didn't really care for either character as I learned more about them. Julia was wildly eccentric, and utterly ridiculous,.. I went into this thinking it was going to be a cute, fluffy, BFF to more story. I'm not entirely sure what this was. I loved the banter between Dave and Julia. Their friendship was fun in the beginning, but right away, getting Dave's "I'm so in love with her, but she's doesn't know and I don't know what to do" inner monologue got really old really fast. And then it goes to shit. (view spoiler).. Never "die" your hair? What is this nonsense? It's so hard to write about a book that broke your heart. I still think about it and I still feel my heart crushing. And it's a good sign because if I feel this way is because this book was done right. I don't know if Adi Alsaid did this on purpose, I don't think so, but he did such a great job with portraying feelings that I couldn't help feeling this way. Dave and, his best friend, Julia made a list of "Nevers" before starting high school. The list consisted on clichés they will never do in.. Bleeeeeeeeeeeeh. Atleast I tried. (I kindasortamaybe forgot the name of the H/h, so... ) This book was way too bland for my taste. The heroine was bland, the hero was bland and the plot was too dry for my tastes. It was really depressing how the hero didnt have any other real thought other than his female companionship problems (if they can even be counted as real problems). Im so done. Did not finish. Read till about page 260 of the book (82%) and dropped it, a little after things started turning into too much unnecessary mush and going REALLY downhill. The story was rather cliche with a rather predictable plot IMO, and I should probably have dropped it like a hot potato way before page 260, as I did not find the story particularly interesting then either. The love triangle was no, just no, and I totally did not get the Julia-Gretchen thing going on for Dave. Overall not that.. This review was originally posted on It Starts at Midnight I really quite adored this book. I may be long past my high school days, but there is a pretty huge part of me that wishes I had made a list like this. I didn't do any of the cliches myself, but that was more out of fear that a longing for originality. I digress. With graduation looming, Dave and Julia are going to basically embrace the cliches that they've done their best to avoid, and have a big old high school experience. Some of the.. Longtime friends Dave and Julia create a list of Nevers or cliches they never want to experience or do but come senior year they begin to realize how much they have missed out on and decide to complete every Never on the list. The concept behind NEVER ALWAYS SOMETIMES is a fun one, I really liked the idea of the Nevers list and enjoyed experiencing (and reminiscing about) some enjoyable and memorable high school moments right alongside the main characters. “No point in living a life less ordinary.. The characters in this book had zero personality, and were about as deep as a kiddie pool. On the first page we get this "If the lights ever went out in her presence, Dave was pretty sure the brightness of her eyes would be more useful than a flashlight. " I almost stopped reading right there and then. Dave is obsessed with Julia to the point where it is annoying. But one party later, and after four years of being in love with Julia, he is in love with another girl. Oh wow. Flirting and flirting.. 3. 5 I really enjoyed the story, it wasn't completely realistic and it was pretty predictable but it was a cute YA romance. I felt like the writing didn't distinguish the difference between Dave and Julia when it was told in their own perspective. I got more of Dave as a character then I got of Jamie. The book is sectioned in three parts, Dave, Jamie and Dave and Julia. During each part I couldn't really tell the difference. Yes, during Julia's section we received more insight information of Julia.. I realized pretty quickly that this story, the writing, and the characters weren't going to keep my attention. The first 30 pages are an endless litany of how beautiful Dave finds Julia (view spoiler) and from skimming the rest of the book, the writing continues to feel a bit mannered. Some points for not going the expected route with this romantic contemporary, I guess? Problem is, I don't really care what happens to either of them. Not awful, just lacking in depth and.. So happy Alsaid decided to write from multiple perspectives in Never Always Sometimes. Though I did not enjoy the book as much as Let's Get Lost, it still made for a moving contemporary read. I had a hard time relating to some of the characters, but the ending satisfied; though it may not please everyone, it seemed realistic. Overall 4/5 stars; definitely pick up one of Alsaid's books if you haven't already. I was given an ARC by the publisher through Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. Note that all quote mentioned here were taken from the ARC copy, not the final version. Actual rating: 4. 5 stars Oh wow, this book is amazing! I didn't think that I would like this book when I started reading it since it felt kind of boring to me. I mean, I enjoyed the writing and the actual conversations, but in terms of the story, nothing was happening at first. But after I finished the last page of this.. Well, Adi has done it again. This book was a such a fun, funny, adventurous, and such a unique read. I really loved the plot, the characters, and the writing. Adi always does a great job when writing multi-perspective books; both Let's Get Lost and Never Always Sometimes showed that. Both Dave and Julia had their own voice and they both sounded like two very different people. I didn't get confused on who I was reading on and I am not surprised Adi made that happen. If you like contemporaries,.. I enjoyed this book but would have loved to see Julia go to the prom with Brett. I would much rather that for an ending Ugh. No. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. One star for getting something down on paper and getting it published. The author at least accomplished that with his writing. The characters were paper-thin or identical in personality and dialogue. There was no larger idea presented in this narrative aside from, "Love, you know, it's complicated. " This is not why I gave YA books another chance. DNF This is my first DNF and it made me so sad but I won't force myself to read something I don't care at all. There are better books that I want to read. I try but I couldn't even finish a page without losing complete interest. I read a little bit more than half of the book so I'll put it as read. If you didn't get it i didn't like this book "On his own, Dave was a bit of a neat freak. But when Julia was nearby, messes seemed beautiful, life's untidiness easier to comprehend. " This was my first Adi Alsaid book and overall I enjoyed reading about the rollercoaster that was Dave and Julia's friendship. I'm generally pretty on the fence with these sorts of books as they tend to have a ton of high school cliches and whatnot but that was sort of the beauty within this story. The cliches were put to good use as Dave and Julia navigated the.. This and other reviews can be found on The Psychotic Nerd MY THOUGHTS I had really high expectation for this book. Adi Alsaid's last book, Let's Get Lost, was phenomenal. It was fun, heartbreaking, and I adored it. So, of course, I was excited for more brilliance from Adi Alsaid, but this book wasn't what I was expecting. It's a good book and I like it, but it's not a 'new' book and certainly wasn't the funny, unique book I was expecting. Dave and Julia are best friends and at the start of high.. As a big fan and supporter of Adi Alsaid, I was really hoping that Never Always Sometimes was going to be just as epic as Let’s Get Lost. The story line is actually really unique and it is definitely a fun summer read. Alsaid certainly develops his characters to a tee, however the book contains far too many clichés and is very predictable. Despite the predictability, Never Always Sometimes has characters that are very well developed. Adi Alsaid has captured the feeling of being a teenager.. Never Always Sometimes was just the kind of book I needed. I needed something to read during my slow lazy days and I think this one fit. During the first few chapters, I was a bit bored but the story was really interesting and the characters were both lovely. As the story progressed, I became more hooked. Adi Alsaid’s magical writing style, I guess. Dave and Julia are best friends who decided to make a list of Nevers, things that they would never ever do. Dave has been in love with Julia for a.. I laughed. I cried. I would have given it 5 stars. Except that my ship died. Narrated by Amanda Leigh Cobb I don't know about you, folks, but I actually liked this one. At first, it did seem ironic that the premise of this book was about two teenagers with Special Snowflake Syndrome (basically people who go against the grain and think they're better than everyone else because of it) doing every high school cliche near the end of their senior year when this was already such a cliche in itself, but as my reading progressed, I started to disagree. My interpretation of this book was that Alsaid took some.. Hands down my favorite part of this book is the wonderful banter and chemistry (friend chemistry or romantic chemistry – both were wonderful) between Dave and Julia. I laughed out loud SO MANY times. They got along so well and had so many silly inside jokes that I fell in love with them right away. My favorite part was how Julia kept calling Dave by any name except for his actual one (Dave Gutierrez turns to David Beth Kacinski or David Babycakes Howard or David Sporkful McGee – definitely the.. This book was so great but I'm so angry at Dave!! Full review to come. Never Always Sometimes is the perfect summer year. It follows two characters, Julia and Dave, who have just started their senior year of high school. The two of them have been best friends for the longest time, and a few years ago they had created a list of Nevers that they had to follow throughout high school. After one of them finds it, they decide that with their last year of school, they should completely do all of the..

Re: age of innocence. I don't know about south Australia, but in mid-America (Arkansas) small town life in the 1950's we children had a lot of freedom. We town kids walked to and from school until we were old enough to have cars. With both parents working we did in fact go by ourselves to each other's homes, to the swimming pool, empty lots to play ball. In many ways it was like a village, with people paying attention to anything or anyone unusual or out of place. Times and places are indeed different. The argument about the failures of parents, police, etc, is not the point.

This story series reminds me of a ps game called Loaded. Something doesn't ring true here. Harry Phipps seemed like a diseased fellow... if he had the children and they were seen talking around midnight, and then shortly after that 4 gunshots were heard and then Harry was seen loading what may have been the bodies into the trunk. well. that doesnt really fit the M.O. of a guy who got his jollies off in satin. was there enough time between the moment the children were seen by Hayden and when the son heard those gunshots for Harry to do his evil deeds? It didnt sound like it. so if he didnt kidnap them for his own nasty purposes, why DID he kidnap them and why did he kill them before he finished? Seems to me if you're delivering children to the elite, they probably should be ALIVE. what went wrong? Did a portion of Harry's fortune come from the sales of children into a pedophile network? Or was he a monster in his own right and kidnapped the children for himself? Either way, his plan didnt go the way he wanted and those kids ended up dead in the trunk of his car. Assuming the son is telling the truth.

Warning this is a REALLY long post Dog Tax: Excel finance tracking: Here we go…I’m posting on my frugal living with REAL examples from my life. Single female aged 48 living in the mid-west. I started my adult life with a high school education and low paying jobs until I hit 30. Today my net worth is more than a million and I love my life…I want for nothing and I’m very content. Read on if you dare…some of this stuff may scare you… Career I didn’t start college till I was 26, prior to that I was in low paying dead-end jobs and as a result I started my adult life being a penny-pincher. I got a BS and 2 MS degrees in the STEM field at state schools while working full time jobs (close to minimum wage till I graduated with my BS). I applied for academic scholarships (and got some) and I took out the minimal I could in student loans. I paid them all back within 5 years. I had to relocate for my first job out of college. It was 2002 and I started out at $44, 000 salaried a year (50 hours weeks, no overtime and working on 2 Masters degrees in my free time) So…I started my professional career at age 30, climbed the corporate ladder, relocated several times and went into management. I worked long hours, on-call 24/7, lots of stress and kept increasing my salary for 16 years. I started to contribute to my retirement when I turned 30. As soon as I could (I think around 36 after I paid of my student loan debts) I maxed out my 401K and ROTH every year. At my highest salary, at age 46, I was making $140, 000 year (remember – I started at age 30 at $44, 000 and increased to $140, 000 by the time I was 46). I ALWAYS continued to live frugally and saved. I own my house outright and have no debt and plenty in savings. I don’t have a pension. My retirement is all in a 401K and IRAs, traditional and ROTH Once I was financially established I took a 60% lower paying job at a University. I’m 48 and because I live frugally I could probably retire (FIRE) but I like to have something to do. I also enjoy the social aspect of work and a feeling of purpose. I have no stress, great benefits, loads of time off and have never worked more than 40 hours a week in this job and no weekends, holiday…etc. I set my own hours and have no direct reports. I’m currently working 6:30am – 2:30 pm in the winter so I can hike with my dog after work before it gets dark. It was a very good move for me. I’ll probably work here into my mid 60’s just because it’s so cushy Health I exercise. I walk about 7 miles a day I eat pretty healthy, don’t smoke, don’t drink pop and I don’t drink alcohol (anymore…). Sometimes I miss a good craft beer but it’s better for my stomach and sleep without it I have medical, dental, vision through work. My plans cost me $56 a month I have the high deductible plan and max out my HSA but I only end up using a few hundred a year. Whatever is in my HSA when I retire will help cover retirement medical expenses. My deductible is $2, 000. I use the in-network specialists when I need too I work at a university so I use the health center for non-specialist stuff which is $25 co-pay. I get a preventive visit free every year – general physical and well woman/mammogram I pay for prescriptions with my health plan or GoodRX. GoodRX is sometimes cheaper. Also some meds are cheaper if you get a 3 month supply by mail (but not all). Some OTC meds such as generic Claritin for allergies and Generic Prilosec for acid reflux are $0 or cheap if you get a prescription I get 2 dental cleanings and 1 vision exam free every year. I get 1-pair of bifocals free If I need reading glasses they are $1 at Dollar Tree I buy generic ibuprofen / first aid stuff in bulk. I keep it to the basics I never pass on free stuff. My dental plan pays for 2 free cleanings/exam a year, so I ALWAYS get my 2 free cleanings a year. My health plan pays for one free physical a year, so I ALWAYS get my one free physical a!!! Food I spend less than $100 a month on food and beverages. I don’t buy any processed food. I cook from scratch in bulk and I freeze. I enjoy cooking. I use lots of veggies in my evening meal. A typical day of food might include: a. 2 large cups of coffee will milk and stevia b. Oatmeal with chia, flax, almond flour, blueberries and a banana OR eggs on homemade toast OR homemade pancakes OR homemade breakfast burritos OR....??? I make my own bread. Yeast, flour, water, salt, stevia and a bread machine I got at Goodwill for $5 c. Fruit or veg snack (seasonal) d. Beans and rice with seasonings (work lunch) e. Fruit or veg snack (seasonal) f. Dinner – might be spaghetti, chilli, chicken noodle soup, lasagna, grilled chicken with veggies, curry. Each meal works out to under $1. 50. I don’t use much meat in my recipes but I do use a ton of veg g. Homemade yogurt h. I drink lots of black tea or herbal tea throughout the day. I drink tap water i. I get my fix of sweet stuff at work. Someone’s always bringing in home baked goods 2) I shop at Aldi and Walmart, mostly Aldi 3) I buy all my condiments in bulk: spices, chicken stock, oil, stevia (also concentrated), almond flour, chia, flax, rice, pasta…etc. I get some of this on Amazon because it works out cheaper. I make my own yougurt. 1 gallon yogurt = the price of a gallon of milk. It's easy to do. 4) I love this one…I save my teabags. After I’ve used 2 teabags I make another cup of tea from them. I like herbal tea. The cheapest I can find is Celestial Seasonings on Amazon. By stretching the box of 20 teabags to 30 large cups of tea I save $35 year (assuming I drink 3 cups of tea a day). Over 40 years at 7% interest that’s $1500 saved. It’s not an issue for me and the flavor is the same 5) I only eat out a couple of times a year for social reasons and I don’t buy an appetizer or dessert and I only drink water. I tip 20% if service is good. I refuse to go to expensive restaurants. I want an entrée under $15. Honestly, I like my cooking better 6) I don’t drink pop or alcohol 7) I own a chest freezer and loads of plastic food containers. Most of the meals I cook are freezable and microwavable 8) I buy the large tub of coffee from Aldi. It’s like $4. 50 and lasts 3 weeks. Tastes fine to me but then I would never drop $5 + tip on a cup of coffee 9) I only buy meat, fruit and veg when it’s under $1 pound. I make an exception for ground beef and blueberries, raspberries…etc. (they have to be under $1 for 6oz). I don't use much meat. Example: I use 1lb ground beef to make 12 frozen spaghetti dinners BUT I use lots of peppers, onions, mushrooms in-place of the beef. Example. When 8oz packages of baby bella mushrooms go on sale, I buy 12 of them. I wash, chop and cook them and then freeze them in 4 separate containers. Each container will be used in a big batch of spaghetti or Lasagna or mushroom soup., when blueberries go on sale for 0. 89 cents for 6oz I buy twelve packages and freeze. 1 package is used to make 10 oatmeal breakfasts 10) I never buy name brand and I always search for reduced fruit/veg, meat…etc. 11) I do check the local flyers for sales. only shop once a week and I combine trips to save gas. House I brought the cheapest house in a really good neighborhood in a mid-west University town. I’m in the third highest rated school district in the USA for STEM (per 2019 Newsweek article). I have a 1950’s 1500sqft, 3 bed, 2 bath ranch with 2-car attached garage, separate laundry room, living and family room, large screened in-porch. I paid $135, 000 for it and my taxes are $1500 a year. It’s bigger than I wanted but it’s what I had to do to get into my neighborhood. Houses like mine sell in a day with multiple offers over asking. I had to put some work into the house and spend some $$$. I fixed it up so it’s now one of the nicest houses in the neighborhood and worth 35% more than I paid for it. I did some work myself such as painting and laying the laminate floor. I will stay here until I retire and then decide where I want to spend my retirement years. Central Florida is dirt cheap with no state taxes + low housing costs but I am not sure I can handle the heat and humidity. I have a high deductible on my home insurance but I max out my liability coverage. I have a high net worth so if someone tries to sue me I want to make sure I’m covered and I don’t have to pay out of my pocket. I have extras like sewer/water line coverage, sewer/water back-up because the lines in my neighborhood are old and you see people’s yards dug up all the time. I pay my policy in full and it works out to $75 a month In the winter, I keep my heat at 55 when I’m not home or in bed and 60 when I’m home. I wear wool thermal leggings and tops under my clothes all winter long at home. They are soft and comfy. I wear slippers. When I’m lazing on the couch I snuggle under an electric blanket and with the dog. I have a down comforter on the bed. The dog loves the cold. In the summer I wear shorts and a tank top (hence why I shave in the summer) and I keep the AC around 76 as the dog gets too hot I change my furnace filters every 2 months with the cheap ones I keep my water heating on a warm setting. When I run the shower I turn the hot all the way and it’s plenty hot enough for me Household maintenance/repairs I cut my own grass, do my own yard work and clean my own house I do what repairs I can myself. I U-tube it. I buy stuff from Menards and get the 11% rebate. I’m not very handy or physically strong so I only tackle simple things I don’t do a furnace/AC service every year. I lived in my last house 9 years and my furnace/AC were 20 years old when I sold it. I never did a service (other than change filters) and I never had a problem If I have to hire a big job (i. e. roof, furnace, crawlspace) I always get 3 quotes and try to negotiate the price after I’ve received the quote in writing. Then I ask for a cash discount. If I have to replace something I try to go with a quality no-name brand. I do my research I use LED lightbulbs and I turn my lights off when I’m not using a room I unplug appliances if I don’t use them at least every other day. Exception is for larger items like stove, fridge, washer, dyer, freezer Car I enjoy a nice, safe car. I drive a 2008, 12-year old limited edition Subaru outback. I brought it when it was 1-year old with 30, 000 miles for cash on E-bay. I paid $20, 000 for it. It has 126, 000 miles. I will drive it till it dies I only have liability insurance but I max out my coverage. I have a high net worth so if I’m at fault in an accident I want to make sure I’m covered and I don’t have to pay out of my pocket. I also have roadside assistance with my insurance company for towing, flat tire I pay in full every 6 months and also have my home-owners insurance policy with them. My car insurance works out to $40 a month I get an oil change, tire rotation and fluid top-off every 5, 000 miles with a coupon for $19. 99. It’s a local place and they are really good about telling me if they see any issues. I replace my own air filters, head lamp I take it to a reputable import mechanic when I need too. Much less $ than the dealer I combine errands one day a week to save miles. I live 3. 8 miles from work and I do drive an average of 2-4 miles to hike with the dog. I average 6, 000 miles a year I keep my car clean. I wash, wax myself at home with a garden hose. I don’t use high dollar cleaning products. I use dish soap to wash it and I do a hand wax on it once a year Internet/TV/Cell I have the most basic package Internet available. It’s still expensive at $60 a month and it drives me crazy I have to pay that. I don’t have Cable. I have an antenna for local stations I have Amazon prime (see my post on shopping). I also switch between Netflix, Hulu, Acorn…etc. about every 3 months so I don’t get bored. I stream TV, Movies, Music from my library for free via the Hoopla App. It's 100% FREE!!! Get a library card! I own my smartphone outright and will use it till it dies. I use Mint Mobile ($17 month with tax). 2g data is enough for me as home and work have WIFI Kitchen & Cleaning I do my dishes by hand once a day. I do not fill the sink full with water and I don’t leave my water running when I’m scrubbing. Airdry. Yes, I have a dishwasher, it came with the house, but I just don’t use it. Besides those dishwasher packets are pricey! I use Ajax dish soap that I dilute 1:1 with water and use a pump dispenser. I buy the large bottles at Menards and get the 11% rebate I buy my scrub sponges in a pack from the Dollar Tree. I throw them in the washing machine with my clothes when they get grungy. I have one scrub brush I’ve had for years I wash and reuse my Ziploc baggies over and over. I don’t buy name brand – I get from Dollar tree. Same with tin foil I have loads of microwave/freezer safe plastic food containers. I’ve had them years. I freeze so much food I have a chest freezer I recycle everything I can to reduce the use of trash bags. In-fact I have a tight closing trash can so I only need to start a new trash bag once every 2 weeks as it doesn’t stink up the house. I buy the tough no-name drawstrings ones in bulk. The flimsy ones break or leak and create a mess Don’t use paper towels ever. Use washable cloths, tea Don’t buy all the latest gadgets and if you must have something check out your local charity shops, Facebook Marketplace & buy/sell groups or Craigslist I typically stick with 2 cleaning supplies, I could make my own I guess. I use $1 glass cleaner and $1 generic orange cleaner. I wash my floors with diluted dish soap. I have a broom, dustpan/ brush, a Shark vacuum with canister with washable filters (that I brought refurbished for about $80 and I’ve had years), a mop with washable cover. I also use recycled toothbrushes, scrubbie pads and cloths. I don’t use disposable cleaning supplies like disposable wipes, those throw away dusting pads, floor cleaning pads…etc. Everything I use is reusable and washable Laundry Only wash your clothes if they are dirty! I do 1 load of laundry a week for clothes and 1 load of laundry a month for my sheets and towels. I rotate my pillows (I have 2 so one side a week for 4 weeks). I shower every day so sheets stay clean and don’t get stinky. Speaking of sheets, I buy high quality 500 thread count cotton sheets - they are so soft and comfy and last for years. A couple of times a year I might wash my blankets, comforter…etc. I wear my dress jeans all week for work and I rarely wash my nice tops/sweaters as I wear a t-shirt under them. I wear my dog walking clothes and wool thermals all week. Wool doesn’t get stinky and dog walking jeans get muddy the first walk so might as well wear them all week. I always wash in luke warm water Airdry clothes or put a large dry towel in the dryer. If I use the dryer I’m typically dry in 20 mins on medium. I’m not frugal here and do use the dryer more often than not. I hate hanging clothes and ironing them I don’t have many white or light colored clothes. They stain too easily. I look better in dark jewel colors anyway I use Purex laundry detergent. I use the 300oz bottle with 200 loads and I really do use the amount they recommend for 1 load so it lasts me a few years. I get it for $8. 99 at Menards with an additional 11% rebate. I tried homemade but this is better (for me) If you have to use dryer sheets, cut them into quarters. Personally, I’m fine with nothing in the dryer If you have to use a stain remover add 1 scoop of Dollar Tree Awesome Orange Oxygen cleaner to the washing machine or make a paste and rub into stain (compare to OxyClean) Clothing If I need clothes, which is rarely, I buy everything except underwear and socks from the charity shops. Usually Goodwill on the first Saturday of the month when everything is ½ off Speaking of underwear and socks, I buy dark colored because they don’t look grungy. I have 7 pairs of knickers, 3 bras, 14 pairs of socks as my feet get wet sometimes hiking. That’s it. I rarely have to replace them and yes I do change them every day! I think my current stash of knickers, bras and socks have lasted me over 5 years. I got everything from Kohls when they have a big sale, 30% coupon and $15 cash back if you spend $50. I buy for comfort and durability, not fashion (no ones sees me in my undies anymore and I like my granny panties - see my section on dating). I have wool socks I buy some shoes new, such as hiking shoes. However I do check the charity shops, Poshmark…etc. for lightly used I have a very minimal wardrobe and shoes. I buy classic clothing and not the latest fad I have a few pieces of jewelry. Sterling silver and amber necklace, earrings ring and also mother of pearl. I have another set that’s real gold with fake diamonds(you can’t tell they are fake). have a few accessories such as scarfs and decorative hair clips Personal care I shower once a day for 5 mins. I use one high quality soft, thick cotton dark colored towel for everything and wash my towel once every month with my clothes. I’m clean after a shower and its just water! I’ve had the towel for about 5 years. I do wash my washcloth every week with my clothes I have an electric toothbrush that I’ve had for years. I replace the head every couple of months with a generic one I get of Amazon in a multi-pack. I floss. I have sensitive teeth so I buy a multi-pack of sensitive toothpaste from Amazon. It works out cheaper than Walmart’s house brand. I could get a sensitive toothpaste from Dollar Tree but I don’t trust anything from China to go in or on mine or my dog’s body. I go to the Dentist twice a year for cleaning. This is covered through my work health insurance. I brush my teeth for 2 mins and I don't let the water run when I do this. I don;t rinse my mouth on the advice of my dentist - let the sensitive toothpaste sink in I have very few products. Suave shampoo and conditioner that I transfer into a pump bottle and I use one pump of each every time I shower. I use diluted Dawn dish soap in a pump dispenser to wash my face and body with a washcloth and yes, I love it. I don’t lather up my entire body every time, just my private and sweaty areas. I use a men’s razor from Dollar Tree to shave (which is really only in the summer). I use Suave deodorant. I use a cheap oil free moisturizer on my face. It’s around $5 and it lasts months. I rarely wear make-up and if I do its big box store, basic and the same items (same eyeshadow, blush, lip colors). I haven’t brought any make-up in years. I have one bottle of nice perfume that lasts years. If I curl my hair, put my make-up on and dress up in my charity shop clothes I look like a million bucks for pennies on the dollar! I keep my hair one length with bangs and I don’t color it. I have medium brown hair. I cut my own bangs every couple of months and I get my haircut for $10 once a year at the beauty school or if I can get a $7. 99 coupon for Great Clips. I blow dry and curl the bangs and let the rest of it dry naturally. I only use a $2 bottle of hairspray to hold it or I tie it back. I’m often asked about my hair as it’s cute on me and looks shiny and healthy, albeit I’m starting to get some gray I use q-tips but I don’t use tissues, cotton pads, face A reusable, washable hanky works just fine for a snotty nose. I have eye brow scissors, tweezers, a metal nail file and hair dresser scissors. I’ve had them for years. I use a washcloth on my face I tweeze my own eyebrows and I shave above my lip once a week. I have a $5 magnifying mirror I got from Walmart that helps. Yep, it works fine. Been doing it for over 20 years. Don’t believe the baloney that the hair grows back thicker, longer. I am sans a mustache at all times! I don't get my nails done or paint them. I don't do fake nails, lashes, The only beauty service I pay for is my one haircut a year. I buy toilet paper in bulk. I buy 30 rolls of 425-2 ply sheets from Aldi for $15. I always fold my toilet paper. I use 2 sheets folded to ¼ size for #1 and usually need to do this twice for #2. I find the 2-ply a better value than the 1-ply as the 1-ply is so thin that you actually need more I don’t flush my loo every time I pee, especially not during the night. If it’s yellow let is mello – with the lid down of course. My bathroom does not get smelly. Where I live, those water and sewer bills can add up. If you only save $10 a month, over 40 years at 7% interest rate that’s $5, 000. Probably too extreme for some of you but in addition to being frugal, I hate to be wasteful! I use a period cup and reusable washable pads. I’ve had mine for years Dating I’m single and have been for nearly 4 years by choice. I’m an attractive woman (or so I’m told). I used to date ALL the time. I’ve been in several long term relationships. No kids. At this point in my life dating doesn’t interest me as I have relationships through my family and friends and the dog (can’t forget the dog). My life is full and I’m happy. I’ve been asked on dates and I said no To be honest my life is less stressful, less drama, less maintenance (gotta shave those legs and pits), less money when I’m not dating. I’m also a homebody and Like being alone so it works for me. I wear more comfortable underwear when I'm single too - ha-ha! Shopping I don’t buy stuff. At this point in my life, I’m a minimalist I buy used whenever I can. I haggle the price down whenever I can. I use charity shops, Facebook Marketplace and buy/sell groups, Craigslist I sell stuff I don’t use Amazon. I use my Prime membership ALOT. I borrow free books, I watch free movies/TV, I listen to free music on my Echo dot I got on special for $8. I do buy some stuff on Amazon but usually from Warehouse Deals. I also use Prime Pantry sometimes to buy food and toiletries but only if it works out cheaper than the store. Recently I got an order of 15 items through Prime Pantry. With Prime Pantry if spend $35 you get free shipping. If you order 15 or more items you get a 15% discount. If you use your Prime credit card you get a further 5% back. I was able to get Celestial Seasonings Tea for $1. 93 box of 20 tea bags and 2-pack Suave 2. 6oz deodorant for $1. 93 (after the discounts) Hobbies I walk the dog twice a day, EVERY day, regardless of snow, rain, extreme heat, extreme cold. It keeps me and him healthy. I do 2 miles around the neighborhood in the morning before work and usually 5 miles after work along trails. He’s usually off-leash. Good hiking shoes/boots and gas are the expense here but I have a variety of trails within a 4 mile radius of my house. On weekends we branch out further to mix it up. I mostly wear my hiking shoes and I can make them last a couple of years (shoe goo is my friend). I use my hiking boots/snow boots for wet, muddy, snowy conditions and they have lasted me many years so far. My dog-walking jeans get worn out between my thighs so I patch them (2 large iron-on denim patches at Walmart for $1. After I iron them on, I also sew the patches around the edges so they don't come off). Dog-walking coats, gloves, hats, vests…etc. never seem to wear out. If I do have to buy dog walking gear I buy quality (I’m currently using Oboz hiking shoes) I read for free. I get books from the library and Amazon Prime. I have an i-pad with the kindle app so I download them. The i-pad is old but it works. I will replace it when it eventually dies I belong to groups on the Internet (like this one…) – hence I use my i-pad, I don’t have a computer, printer, scanner…etc. at home. I use the ones at work I watch TV and movies. I rotate one streaming service every few months. I never pay more than $10 month for these services and I also have my annual Prime membership which is about $11 month. I also stream TV, Movies, Music from my library for free via the Hoopla App I do jigsaw puzzles. I NEVER buy new. I buy them used then sell or trade them. I always come out ahead and make money on them. I used to scoff at people who did jigsaw puzzles but let me tell you, they are very enjoyable! Apparently they make me smarter too… I cook (see food) I go to free events in my community. Art in the park, various concerts, free outdoor activities days…etc. I live in a large multi-cultural University town. There is LOADS of free stuff to do... I have a group of dog walking friends. We meet several times a week (we also trade help with dog walking and pet sitting if we travel) I do try to get back to the UK once a year to see family but I always find a good deal on my flight. A friend watches the dog. I’m not a fan of travelling anymore, in-fact I hate travelling. I would rather have a “staycation” The dog. He’s awesome Yes it’s $. Yes it’s worth it. He’s therapy for my soul He’s a lab mix, AKA mutt. His adoption fee was high ($350) but it went to a good cause. Generally mutts have less health issues I buy high quality food in bulk. It’s rated 5 stars on DogFood Advisor which is the highest rating available and it’s not grain fee (don’t buy into the hype…). I get Victor Hi-Pro Plus 50lb bags. It’s $60. He’s a 3 year old 80-lb extremely active male lab. He gets 3 cups a day as this is extremely nutrient dense food without fillers. It lasts me nearly 2 months. $30 month for food I buy 20-lb dog biscuits for $14 at Menards plus 11% rebate. I break them in half. A bag lasts me about 3 months. It’s his daily junk food treat I buy a 10-lb bag all natural beef bones from a local farm. $5. He usually gets them on weekends and a bag lasts about a month I rotate and repair his soft toys when they get holes in them. He’s had them a few years. I got most of them for 0. 50 cents at Goodwill. He inherited his nylabones, tennis balls, leash and collar, food from my previous dog and they are probably 10 years old. I do buy poop bags but they are $1 for 80 bags from the Dollar Tree. I do not do things like dress my dog up or send him to the groomer or do doggie daycare (I exercise him and he has doggie friends we walk with a few times a week) I spend $300 year for his annual vet visit. This includes an exam, shots, Bordetella and a year of flea/tick and heartworm meds. I buy the heartworm meds with the 4-way de-wormer and Braveco which is a pill every 3 months for fleas and ticks. These are the most expensive but as we hike in the woods daily and he likes to catch small worm/flea ridden furry animals its money well spent. We could go to a low cost shot clinic and save some $ but I like to have a relationship with his vet as it comes in handy I trade pet-sitting service with friends who have dogs I wash my dog at home in the backyard with Dawn dish soap (its fine – I use it on me too). He doesn’t need haircuts or nail trims (we walk 2 miles on concrete every morning). If he needed haircuts or nail trims I would do it myself Other tips. I use cash back credit cards for as much as I can and pay them off every month I always send in my mail in rebates I track every penny I spend in an Excel spreadsheet. I know exactly where my money goes and how much my expenses change over the years I know where to buy the items I use for the best price I don’t pay for a financial advisor. I do my own investing in low cost Vanguard index funds that's my frugal full, happy, content frugal life and hopefully there are some useful tips in here you can use. Anyone got more frugal tips they can share?

This is a work of art for the mature unfickled mind. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. “Im never washing this hand” “Aww after Im sniffing tf outta this hand Nessa. U dont know what u just did. U created a monster.” Me: 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I wish this was a series.

I always have cereal for breakfast или  He doesn`t often go to bed late. She always watches TV. He is always late. Например, I hardly ever watch TV.

This film is not currently playing on MUBI but 30 other great films are. See what’s now showing By refusing to grandstand, Hittman, who wrote and directed, has made the most moving, cleareyed American fiction movie about a woman’s right to abortion since “Fast Times at Ridgemont High” (1982). Pellerin is perfectly cast as a too-cool teenager (“Do you girls like live music? ” “I freaking love New York”), and his scene-stealing karaoke rendition of “Wishing (If I Had a Photograph of You)” by A Flock of Seagulls is one of the more memorable moments of the film. Susannah Gruder January 29, 2020 To describe Never Rarely Sometimes Always as a PSA seems to cheapen the empathy and scope of Hittman’s film. But given the times we live in, Autumn’s plaintive cry against the patriarchy through that opening song’s lyrics—“He makes me do things I don’t want to do / He makes me say things I don’t want to say”—feels like nothing short of a wake-up call. A trama é mínima. The Rover - A Caçada The Rover Ano: 2013 País: Austrália, EUA Classificação: 14 anos Duração: 102 min.

YouTube. A canada postal code.

The Rover - A Caçada, novo trabalho do diretor David Michôd, segue este caminho. One pill makes you younger and the other to say nothing at all go ask adam when he's nine inches tall ILL BRB... BB So when you look up at the sky, eyes open; and you see a bright red planet, connecting the "d" of Go-d to Medusa and "medicine" I surely wonder if you think it by chance that " I wipe my brow and I sweat my rust " as I wake up to action dust... and wonder aloud how obvious it is that the Iron Rod of Christ and the stories of Phillip K. Dick all congeal around not just seeing but reacting to the fact that we clearly have an outlined narrative of celestial bodies and the past acts of angels and how to move forward without selling air or water or food to the short of breath and the thirsty and those with a hunger to seek out new opportunities?  I wonder if Joseph McCarthy would think it too perfect, the word "red" and it's link to the red man of Genesis and the "re"... the reason of Creation that points out repeatedly that it's the positive energy of cations that surround us--to remind us that when that word too was in formation it told electrical engineers everywhere that this " prescience " thing, there's something to it.  Precious of you to notice... but because your science is so sure--you too seem to imagine there's some other explanation for that word, too.  kk... TOTAL RECALL. Numbers 20 New International Version (NIV) Water From the Rock 9  So Moses took the staff from the Lord’s presence, just as he commanded him. 10  He and Aaron gathered the assembly together in front of the rock and Moses said to them, “Listen, you rebels, must we bring you water out of this rock? ” 11  Then Moses raised his arm and struck the rock twice with his staff. Water gushed out, and the community and their livestock drank. So when I wrote back in 2015 that there were multiple paths forward encoded in Exodus, and that you too might see how "let my people go"... to Heaven... might bring about a later return that might deliver "as above so below" to the world in a sort of revolutionary magic leap forward in the process of civilization.  Barring John Stewart and the "sewer" that I think you can probably see is actually encoded in the Brothers Grimm and maybe some Poe--it might not be so strange to wonder if the place that we've come from maybe isn't exactly as bright and cheery and "filled with light" as the Zohar and your dreams might have us all believe... on "faith" that what we see here might just be the illusion of darkness--a joke or a game.  This thing is what's not a game--I've looked at the message that we've written and to me it seems that we are the light, that here plain as day and etched in something more concrete than chalk is a testament to freedom and to incremental improvement... all the way up until we run against this very wall; and then you too seem to crumble.   Still I'm sure this message is here with us because it's our baseline morality and our sense of right from wrong that is here as a sort of litmus test for the future--perhaps to see if they've strayed too far from the place where they came, or if they've given just one too many ounces of innocense to look forward with the same bright gaze of hope that we see in the eyes of our children. fearing the heart of de roar searing the start of lenore in re... TPR's "Somebody mixed my Medicine" one of this fan's favs I saw this thing many years ago, and I've written about it before, though I hasten to explain that the thing that I once saw a short-cut or a magic warp pipe in Super Mario Brothers today seems much more like a test than a game and more like a game than a cmeat coda; so I've changed over the course of watching what's happened on the ground here and I can only imagine how long it's been in the sky.  In my mind I'm thinking about mentioning the rather pervasive sets of "citizenship suffixes" that circle the globe--ones I've talked about, "ICA" and "IAN" and how these suffixes might link together with some other concepts that run deep in the story that begins in Ur and pauses here For ever yon e on t he "Yo N" that again shows the import of medicine and Medusa in the "rising" of stars balls of fiery fusion to people that see and act on the difference between Seyfried and " say freed. "  Even before that I knew how important it was that we were sitting here on a "rock in space" with no contact from anyone or anything outside of our little sphere... how scary it was that all the life we knew of was stuck orbiting a single star in a single galaxy and it imbued a sort of moral mandate to escape--to ensure that this miracle of random chance and guiding negentropy of time... that it wasn't forever lost by something like a collision with the comet Ison or even another galaxy.  On that word too--we see the "an" of Christianity messianically appear to become more useful (that's negative energy, by the way) in the chemistry of Mr. Schwarzenegger's magical hand in delivering "free air" (that's free, as in beer; or maybe absinthe) to the people of our great land... anyway, I saw "anions" and a planet oddly full of a perfect source of oxygen and I thought to myself; it would be so easy to genetically engineer some kind of yeast or mold (like they're doing to make real artificial beef, today) to eat up the rust and turn it into breathable air; and I dreamt up a way to throw an extra "r" into potable and maybe beam some of our water or hydrogen over to the red planet and turn it blue again.  RUBY is Adamic code for "reverse that" That's been one of my constant themes over the course of this 'event' -- who needs destructive nuclear weapons when you can turn all your enemies into friends with a stick of bubble gum?  That's another one of our little story points too--I see plenty of people walking around in this virtual reality covering their mouths and noses with breathing masks... of course the same Targeted Individuals that know with all their heart that midn control is responsible for the insane pattern of school shootings and the Hamas Hand of the Middle East--they'll tell you those chemtrails you see are the cause, and while I know better and you do too... maybe these people think they know something about the future, maybe those chemtrails are there because someone actually plans on dispersing some friendly bubble gum into the air... and maybe these people "think they know. "  Of course I think this "hand" you see just below is one in the same with the " ID5 " logo that I chose to mark my " chalk " and only later saw matched fairly perfectly to John Conner's version of "I'll be back"... and of course I think you're reading the thing that actually delivers some "breathe easy" to the world; but it's really important to see that today it's not just Total Recall and Skynet and these words that are the proverbial effect of the hand but also things like Nestle... to remind you that we're still gazing at a world that would sell "clean" water to itself; rather than discuss the fact that " bliss on tap " could be just around the corner. THE HAND OF... Later, around the time that I wrote my second " Mars rendition " I mentioned why it was that there was an image of a "Boring device" (thanks Elon) in the original Exodus piece; it showed some thought had gone into why you might not want to terraform the entire planet, and mentioned that maybe we'd get the added benefit of geothermal heating (in that place that is probably actually colder than here, believe it or not) if we were to build the first Mars hall underground.  I probably forgot to mention that I'd seen something very similar to that image earlier, except it was George H. W. Bush standing underneath the thirty foot tall wormlike machine, and to tell you the truth back then I didn't recognize that probably means that this map you're looking at had not only been seen long before I was born but also acted upon--long before I was born.  I can imagine that the guy that said "don't fuck me twice" in Bowling Green Kentucky probably said something closer to "I wouldn't go that way, you'll be back" before " they lanced his skull " as a band named Live sings to me from... well, from the 90's.  Subsisting on that same old prayer, we come to a point where I have to say that "if it looks like a game, and you have the walkthrough as if it were a game, is it a gam? " IMAGE REDACTED DUE TO TITHEHE. r/ That of course ties us back to something that I called "raelly early light" back in 2014--that the name "Magdeln" was something I saw and thought was special early on--I said I saw the phrase "it's not a game of words, or a game of logic" though today it does appear very much to be something to do with "logic" that the "power of e" is hidden in the symbol for the natural logarithm and that Euler might solve the riddle of "unhitched trailers" even better than a deli in Los Angeles named Wexler's or Aldous Huxley or... it hurts me to say it might solve the riddle better than "Sheriff" (see how... everyone really if "f") and Hefner... and the newly added "Hustler, " who is Saint "LE R? " So, I think we'd all agree that they "Hey, Tay" belongs to me--and I've done my homework here, I'm pretty sure the "r" as a glyph for the rising off the bouncing trampoline of a street... "LE R" belongs to the world; it's a ryzing civilization; getting new toys and abilities and watching how those things really do bring about a golden era--if we're willing to use them responsibly. It's a harsh world, this place where people are waking up to seeing A. D. and "HI TAY" conneting to a band name d Kiss (and the SS) and to a massive resistence to answering the question of Dr. Wessen that also brings that "it's not a game" into Ms. Momsen 's name... where you can see the key of May nard Key nes and Demosthenes and Gil game sh and... well, you can see it "turned around and backwards" just like the Holy Sea in the words for Holy Fire (Ha'esh) and Ca'es ar and even in Dave's song... "seven oceans pummel... the wall of the C. "  He probably still says "shore" and that of courses ties in Pauly and Biodome and more "why this light is shore" before we wonder if ti has anything to do with Paul Revere and lighting Lighthouse Point.  hey snoop... So to point out the cost of not seeing "Holo deck" and "mushroom" and... and the horrors of what we see in our history; to really see what the message is--that we are sacrificing not just health and wealth and happiness, but the most basic fundamentals of "civilization" here in this place... the freedom of logical thought and the foundational cement of open and honest communication--that it appears the world has decided in secret that these things are far less important than the morality of caring for those less fortunate than you--the blind and the sick and the... to see the truth, it's a shame.  All around you is a torture chamber, starving people who would instantly benefit from the disclosure that we are living in virtual reality; and a civilization that seems to fail to recognize that it truly is the " silence causing violence " amongst children in school and children of the Ancients all around you; to fail to see that the atrocity being ignored here is far less humane than any gas chamber, and that it's you--causing it to continue--there are no words for the blindness of a mass of wrong, led by nothing more than "mire" and a fear of controversy. Unhitched and unhinged, it's become ever more obvious that this resistance against recognizing logic and patterns--this fairure to speak and inability to fathom the importance of openness in this place that acts as the base and beginning point of a number of hidden futures--it is the reason "Brave New World" is kissing the "why" and the reason we are here trying to build a system that will allow for free and open communication in a sea of disinformation and darkness--to see that the battle is truly against the Majority Incapable of acting and the Minority unwilling to speak words that will without doubt (precarious? not at this point) quickly prove to the world that it's far more important to see that the truth protects everyone and the entire future from murder... rather than be subtly influenced by "technologies undisclosed" into believing something as inane and arrogant as "everyone but you must need to be convinced that simulating murder and labor pains is wrong. "  You know, what you are looking at here is far more nefarious than waiting for the oven to ding and say that "everyone's ready" what you are looking at is a problem that is encoded in the stories of Greek and Norse myth and likely in both those names--but see "simulated reality" is hidden in Norse just like "silicon" is hidden in Genesis--and see that once this thing is unscrambled its " nos re " as in "we're the reason there is no murder, and no terrorism, and no mental slavery. "  It's a harsh message, and a horrible atrocity; but worse than the Holocaust is not connecting a failure to see "holodeck" as the cause of " holohell " and refusing to speak because Adam is naked in Genesis 3:11 and Matthew talks about something that should be spreading like wildfire in his 3:11 and that it's not just Live and it's not just the Cure and it's not just a band named 311 that show us that " FUKUSHIMA " reads as " fuck you, see how I'm A " because this Silence, this failure to recognize that the Brit Hadashah is written to end simulated hell and turn this world into Heaven is the reason " that's great, it starts with an Earthquake on 3/11. " hey "e" You stand there believing that "to kiss" is a Toxic reason to end disease; that "mire" is a good enough reason to fail to exalt the Holiness of Phillip K. Dick's solutions; and still continue to refuse to see that this group behavior, this lack of freedom that you appear to believe is something of your own design is the most caustic thing of all.  While under the veil of "I'm not sure the message is accurate" it might seem like a morally thin line, but this message is accurate--and it's verifiable proof--and speaking about it would cause that verification to occur quicker, and that in turn will cause wounds to be healed faster, and the blind given sight and the lame a more effective ARMY in this legacy battle against hidden holorooms and... the less obvious fact that there is a gigantic holo-torture-chamber and you happen to be in it, and it happens to be the mechanism by which we find the "key" to Salvation and through that the reason that the future thanks us for implementing a change that is so needed and so called for it's literally be carved all over everything we see every day--so we will know, *know with all your mind, you are not wrong--*there is no sane reason in the Universe to simulate pain, there is no sane reason to follow the artificial constructs of reality simply because "time and chance" built us that way.  We're growing up, beyond the infantile state of believing that simply because nobody has yet invented a better way to live--that we must shun and hide any indication that there is a future, and that it's speaking to us; in every word. hey RYZEN So I've intimated that I see a "mood of the times" that appears to be seeking reality by pretending not to "CK"... to seek "a, " of course that puts us in a place where we are wholly denying what "reality" really means and that it delivers something good to the people here--to you--once we recognize that Heaven and Creation and Virtual Reality don't have to be (and never should be, ever again) synonymous with Wok's or Pan's or Ovens; from Peter to the Covenant, hiding this message is the beginning and the end of true darkness--it's a plan designed to ensure we never again have issue discussing "blatant truth" and means of moving forward to the light in the light with the light.  A girl in California in 2014 said something like "so there's no space, then? " in a snide and somewhat angry tone--there is space, you can see it through the windows in the skies, you can see the stars have lessened, and time has passed--and I'm sure you understand how "LHC" and Apollo 13 show us that time travel and dark matter are also part of this story of "Marshall's" and Slim Sh ad y and Dave's " the walls and halls will fade away " and you might even understand how that connects to the astrological symbol of Mars and the "circle of the son " and of Venus(es)... and you can see for yourself this Zeitgeist in the Truman Show's "good morning, good afternoon, good evening... and he's a'ight "... but it really doesn't help us see that the darkness here isn't really in the sky--it's in our hearts--and it's the thing that's keeping us from the stars, and the knowledge and wisdom that will keep us from " bunting " instead of flourishing. I've pointed out that while we have Kaluza Klein and we have the LHC and a decent understanding of "how the Universe works" we spend most of our time these days preoccupied with things like "quantum entanglement" and "string theory" that may hold together the how and the LAMDA of connecting these " y they're hacks " to multiverse simulators and instant and total control of our throught processes--we probably don't see that a failure to publicly acknowledge that they are most likely indications that we are not prepared for "space" and that we probably don't know very much at all about how time and interstellar travel really work... we are standing around hiding a message that would quicken our understanding of both reality and virtual reality and again, not seeing that kind of darkness--that inability to publicly "change directions" when we find out that there aren't 12 dimensions that are curled up on themselves with no real length or width or purpose other than to say "how unelegant is this anti-Razor of Mazer Rackham? " So, I think it's obvious but also that I need to point out the connection between "hiding knowledge of the Matrix" and the Holo caust; and refer you to the mirrored shield of Perseus, on a high level it appears that's "the message" there--that what's happening here... whatever is causing this silence and delay in acting on even beginning to speak about the proof that will eventually end murder and cancer and death... that it's something like stopping us from building a "loving caring house" rather than one that... fills it's halls with bug spray instead of air conditioning.  I'm beside myself, and very sure that in almost no time at all we'll all agree that the idea of "simulating" these things that we detest--natural disasters and negative artifacts of biological life... that it's inane and completely backwards. DONT TLDR ME I understand there's trepidation, and you're worried that girls won't like my smile or won't think I'm funny enough... but I have firm belief in this message, in words like "precarious" that reads something like "before Icarus things were... precarious" but more importantly my heart's reading of those words is to see that this has happened before and we are more than prepared to do it well.  I want nothing more than to see the Heavens help us make this transition better than one they went through, and hope beyond hope that we will thoroughly enjoy building a "better world" using tools that I know will make it simpler and faster to accomplish than we can even begin to imagine today.   On that note, I read more into the myths of Norse mythology and its connections to the Abrahamic religions; it appears to me that much of this message comes to us from the Jotunn (who I connect (in name and... ) to the Jinn of Islam, who it appears to me actually wrote the Koran) and in those stories I read that they believe their very existence is "depenedency linked" to the raising of the sunken city of Atlantis.  Even in the words depth and dependency you can see some hidden meaning, and what that implies to me is that we might actually be in a true time simulator (or perhaps "exits to reality" are conditional on waypoints like Atlantis); and that it's possible that they and God and Heaven are all actually all born... here... in this place.   While these might appear like fantastic ideas, you too can see that there's ample reference to them tucked away in mythology and in our dreams of utopia and the tools that bring it home... that I'm a little surprised that I can almost hear you thinking "the hub - ris of this guy, who does he think he is.... suggesting that 'the wisdom to change everything' would be a significant improvement on the ending of the Serendipity Prayer. " Really see that it's far more than "just disease and pain"... what we are looking at in this darkness is really nothing short of the hidden slavery of our entire species, something hiding normal logical thought and using it to alter behavior... throughout history... the disclosure of the existence of a hidden technology that is in itself being used to stall or halt... our very freedom from being achieved.  This is a gigantic deal, and I'm without any real understanding of what can be behind the complete lack of (cough...  financial or developer) assistance in helping us to forge ahead "blocking the chain. "  I really am, it's not because of the Emperor's New Clothes... is it? YOU WILL OS. It's also worth mentioning once again that I believe the stories of Apollo 13 and the LHC sort of explain how we've perhaps solved here problems more important than "being stuck on a single planet in a single star system" and bluntly told that the stories I've heard for the last few years about building a "bridge" between dark matter and here... have literally come true while we've lived.  I suppose it adds something to the programmer/IRC hub admin "metaphor" to see that most likely we're in a significantly better position than we could have dreamed.  I've briefly written about this before... my current beliefs put us somewhere within the Stargate SG-1 "dial home device/DHD" network. So... rumspringer, then?... to help us " os! " GROUND. Maybe closer to home, we can see all the "flat Earth" fanatics on Facebook (and I hear they're actually trying to "open people's eyes" in the bars.. these days) we might see how this little cult is really exactly that--it's a veritable honey pot of "how religion can dull the senses and the eyes" and we still probably fail to see very clearly that's exactly it's purpose--to show us that religion too is something that is evidence of this very same outside control--proof of the darkness, and that this particular "cult" is there to make that very clear.  Connecting these dots shows us just how it is that we might be convinced beyond doubt that we're right and that the silence makes sense, or that we simply can't acknowledge the truth--and all be wrong, literally how it is that everyone can be wrong about something so important, and so vital.  It seems to me that the only real reason anyone with power or intelligence would willingly go along with this is to... to force this place into reality--that's part of the story--the idea that we might do a "press and release in Taylor" (that's PRINT) where people maybe thought it was "in the progenitor Universe" -- but taking a step back and actually thinking, this technology that could be eliminating mental illness and depression and addiction and sadness and... that this thing is something that's not at all possible to actually exist in reality. You might think that means it would grant us freedom to be "printed" and I might have thought that exact same thing--though it's clear that what is here "not a riot" might actually become a riot there, and that closer to the inevitable is the historical microcosm of dark ages that would probably come of it--decades or centuries or thousands of years of the Zeitgeist being so anti-"I know kung fu" that you'd fail to see that what we have here is a way to stop murders before they happen, and to heal the minds of those people without torture or forcing them to play games all day or even without cryogenic freezing, as Minority Report suggested might be "more humane" than cards.  Most likely we'd wind up in a place that shunned things like "engineering happiness" and fail to see just how dangerous the precipice we stand on really is.  I joke often about a boy in his basement making a kiss-box; but the truth is we could wind up in a world where Hamas has their own virtual world where they've taken control of Jerusalem and we could be in a place where Jeffrey Dammer has his own little world--and without some kind of "know everything how" we'd be sitting back in "ignorance is bliss" and just imagining that nobody would ever want to kidnap anyone or exploit children or go on may-lay killing sprees... even though we have plenty of evidence that these things are most assuredly happening here, and again--we're not using the available tools we have to fix those problems.  Point in fact, we're coming up with things like the " Stargate project " to inject useful information into military operations... "the locations of bunkers"... rather than seeing with clarity that the Stargate television show is exactly this thing--information being injected from the Heavens to help us move past this idea that "hiding the means" doesn't corrupt the purpose. EARTH. Without knowledge and understanding of this technology, it's very possible we'd be running around like chickens with our heads cut off; in the place where that's the most dangerous thing that could happen--the place where we can't ensure there's safety and we can't ensure there's help... and most of all we'd be doing it at a time when all we knew of these technologies was heinous usage; with no idea the wonders and the goodness that this thing that is most assuredly not a gun or a sword... but a tool; no idea the great things that we could be doing instead of hiding that we just don't care.  We're being scared here for a reason, it's not just to see " Salem " in Jerusalem and "sale price" being attached to air and water; it's to see that we're going to be in a very important position, we already are--really--and that we need knowledge and patience and training and... well, we need a desire to do the right thing; lest all will fall. So, you want to go to reality... but you think you'll get there without seeing "round" in "ground" and... caring that there's tens of thousands of people that are sure that we live on flat Earth... or that there's ghosts haunting good people, and your societal response is to pretend you don't know anything about ghosts, and to let the pharmacy prescribe harm... effectively completing the sacrifice of the Temple of Doom; I assume because you want to go to a place where you too will be able to torment the young with "baby arcade" or... i suppose there are those in the garden east of eden who'll follow the rose ignoring the toxicity of our city and touch your nose as you continue chasing rabbits KEVORKIAN. i suppose there are those in the garden east of eden who'll follow the rose ignoring the toxicity of our city and touch your nose as you continue chasing rabbits.

Patterns of evidence: the red sea miracle tree. He poses the idea that god uses natural forces to do supernatural intervention. is it just me or is one thing more likely to an un-superstitious mind. that if a natural event occurs, it occurs naturally. A supernatural explanation is made by a mind that assigns MOTIVE to an event, just as a human mind attributes a cause to an intent of another mind. We assign attitude to a car that breaks down when we need it most, or we swear at an obstacle that trips us as we are walking, as though expressing our feelings will do the object that tripped us harm. A critical considerations is that what is written is written after an event has occurred. Because it is written after an event has occurred, a human mind records what has occurred as having done so with a motive and intent to work contrary to the intent of man. Something that I have felt flew in the face of Israel leaving Egypt is that basic understanding that Egypt at that time was a powerful nation in the area whose ruled land occupied the present land of Isreal. so IF there was an exodus, they never left the land of Egypt since Egypt ruled over the land of present day Isreal during that period. So much intellectual dishonesty in this historian who seems to not be truthful and misleads his audience by omitting facts that would lessen the praise of possible admirers whose ego he flatters. What I see when I listen to him is an individual who has either an untrained objective mind, or a dishonest arrogant person who takes advantage of the ignorance of his audience to feed his egocentric narcissistic needs.

And Kabah was also build by Abraham and Ishmael. and Muhammad is their descendant. Israel are from Ishak. Arab are from Ishmael. Wow - very cool. thank you. After leaving Egypt, the Bible describes the Israelites crossing a deep sea that was miraculously split with walls of water on their right and left. When the Egyptians and their chariot force pursued, the water came crashing back down to destroy the entire army. Are miracles of this kind even possible? Skeptics contend that no evidence has ever been found for huge numbers of people crossing the wilderness or a mighty sea. Does the lack of evidence at the traditional sites mean the events didn’t happen, or might we have been looking in wrong places all along? Join us as we retrace the steps of Moses and the Israelites, looking for answers in Patterns of Evidence: The Red Sea Miracle. I've seen previous documentaries in this series, and they are outstanding. MOVIES 5:38 PM PST 1/15/2020 by Nate Gold/Oscilloscope Laboratories A hipster-retro 'Kentucky Fried Movie' with a phantasmagoric twist. 1/17/2020 Jack Henry Robbins, son of Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins, looks at the world through a short-attention-span montage of faux '80s television clips. Is it just an Eighties-drunk exercise in pastiche, or perhaps an experiment in slow-burn psychological horror for the Adult Swim crowd? Could it even be a disguised indictment of a generation that sat watching infomercials and dopey porn while its democracy passed the point of no return? Jack Henry Robbins' VHYes is a bit of all that, poured into a form that begs for midnight-movie consumption. The son of Tim Robbins and Susan Sarandon, Robbins briefly enlists both parents onscreen here, while relying more heavily on a small array of comic performers familiar from TV. Though hardly groundbreaking in either its content or its aesthetics, the film is more serious than it initially lets on, and can only benefit from the VHS nostalgia that has, often irrationally, taken root in some quarters. Shot entirely on VHS and Betamax, the pic's conceit is that it is the result of a Christmas gift whose recipient should have been more careful: When pre-teen Ralph (Mason McNulty) starts experimenting with his family's new video camera in December 1987, he unwittingly uses the tape of his parents' wedding as he runs around filming everything from fights between his dinosaur toys to his attempts to shoot off fireworks with best pal Josh (Rahm Braslaw). (Those who've actually used a camcorder may wonder how he managed to leave big swaths of wedding footage intact while recording stuff before and after; the not terribly-offensive cheat is necessary to support a theme the film will eventually get around to. ) Very quickly, Ralph realizes he can use a cable to record what's on TV; he plugs in and records a spree of channel-surfing that is hardly dictated by the merits of whatever happens to be onscreen. The clunky programs we witness sprinkle familiar faces among actors who look like they were plucked from the actual period. Thomas Lennon plays the co-host of a TV shopping network, currently hawking a Confederate Army memorial pen; the inimitably nerdy Mark Proksch plays an expert on an Antiques Roadshow -like program who explains the suspiciously bizarre origins of ordinary-looking artifacts. We see aerobics classes, nightly news and cop shows. We sit in on a Bob Ross-style painting tutorial that gets less Bob Ross-like with each passing minute. Its host Joan (Kerri Kenney) doesn't only host Painting With Joan, but stranger programs, like the unsettling Sleeping With Joan, which is pretty much the opposite of the gently wholesome Joe Pera Talks You to Sleep. While Joan and others give things an air of drug-addled discomfort, some program snippets contain hints of a more clear-eyed world view. The perfunctory scripts of porn films we see are built not around hunky cable-repair guys or pizza-delivery dudes, but scientists researching global warming, or blonde lesbian aliens who are forced to navigate American attitudes toward illegal immigration. Stranger and more on-target is a current-events talk show whose guest starts expounding on "Tape Narcissism": a phenomenon of indiscriminate self-documentation she feels will lead its victims to psychosis. To the show's host, her predictions sound so hyperbolic as to be insane; to us, she's describing the age of social media. So it goes, with occasional clips in which Ralph documents bits of domestic discomfort he doesn't quite understand. Viewers who stick with the ADHD skit-like material will be divided about whether this familial theme ties things together satisfactorily — and about whether sticking to a single target, a la Between Two Ferns, makes more sense for those who would mine clunky idioms for laugh. For those on the fence, a detour into found-footage horror will only complicate the question. Production company: Hot Winter Films Distributor: Oscilloscope Cast: Mason McNulty, Rahm Braslaw, Kerri Kenney, Thomas Lennon, Mark Proksch Director: Jack Henry Robbins Screenwriters: Nunzio Randazzo, Jack Henry Robbins Producer: Delaney Schenker Director of photography: Nate Gold Production designer: Tyler Jensen Editor: Avner Shiloah 72 minutes.

Vhyes watch. Vhes schedule. Item Reviewed [FANTASTIC FEST 2019] ‘VHYES’ Review Author Mike Hassler Disclaimer: I supported and contributed to the funding of this film on Indigogo last year. I have no stake in the success of the film, and the thoughts are entirely my own. December, 1987 – a 12-year-old boy gets a video camera for Christmas, and uses his gift to document…well, everything. Using what he believes to be a blank tape (actually his parents’ wedding video), he captures everything from natural family interaction, playing with his friend, somber moments, and recordings directly from late night TV. Somewhere along the way, it becomes about something more substantial about growing up and growing apart. There’s also a supposedly haunted sorority house that burned down, too. This becomes more important than you realize. From co writer Nunzio Randazzo and co-writer/director Jack Henry Robbins and shot entirely on videotape and Beta, VHYes looks and feels authentically timestamped from my childhood. The content from TV is the big highlight, ranging from hysterically accurate to surreal parody, with everything in between. This is inspired by the variety comedies of the past like The Kentucky Fried Movie, Amazon Women On the Moon (especially), and The Groove Tube. The movie features a lot of great comedic actors and a few surprise cameos that are fairly obvious in retrospect if you know who the director is. Part of why I backed this was the sincerity involved, and it final product blew me away in that respect. The talent they managed to wrangle up, and the producers who came on board, is really just the icing. I’m not a VHS collector or fan of any sort; I’m more interested in quality than nostalgia. But there’s something truly special about this movie that makes me feel that nostalgic aura that people must feel towards the format. I don’t understand it, but I respect it more. Compounded with home movies I’ve made in my youth on VHS, this doubles as something that really burrowed into my heart and made me want to revisit those memories again. VHYes has an emotional core that is surprisingly poignant, and a format that is difficult to realize but is expertly stitched together. The final moments are incredibly strange in a very, very charming way. Look forward to catching this gem in the near future, I think you’ll be pleased. Good news! In addition to premiering at Fantastic Fest 2019, VHYes has been picked up for distribution from the good folks at Oscilliscope sometime in the near future! Check out Robbins’ short Painting With Joan with the hilarious Kerri Kenney, one of the proof-of-concepts that became part of VHYes! Pros A lo-fi variety of hilarious and surreal flashbacks to a bygone era, compounded with a good story and an authentic, heartfelt delivery. Cons Perhaps too strange of an ending given what's established by the rest of the film. Bottom Line A wonderfully weird journey you should look forward to embarking on. You have rated this Spielberg, Hill, Verhoven, Cronenberg, Landis, Carpenter, Lucas, Friedkin, and many others built my taste in youth. Then filmmakers from Italy, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, and Spain crept in. Now I'm an unstoppable film fiend, and living and breathing ALL the visual mediums you can find. I'll take any excuse to talk movies or TV, so writing and podcasting are my outlets! Like this article? Creep on these!

Mardaani 2 - When you want to kill two birds with one stone, you often risk both. Mardaani 2 packs the twin objectives of highlighting the atrocities & crimes against Indian women (India stands at an appalling 131 among 152 nations for inclusivity and equality of women) and pulling off a high octane chase of a psychopathic criminal and in doing so, chooses a simplistic approach for both.
Shivani Shivaji Roy (a svelte Rani Mukherjee) returns to the screen as the high potential achiever, SP for Kota and almost immediately jumps headlong into the brutal rape and murder of a young girl, and issues a challenge to the unknown perpetrator that she will arrest him within a week. Her prey is a hardened young psychopath Sunny (Vishal Jethwa) who has been employed by a local politician for eliminating his obstacles. Sunny is incidentally on the hunt for women who are achievers or think independently, as they turn him on and are not in congruence with his definition of women who must be confined to domestic chores and kitchens.
Mardaani 2 makes the cat and mouse game quite riveting as Shivani shifts through myriad clues, connecting them together to trace down Sunny, but every investigative discovery seems to be hinging on intelligent hunches and hypotheses which fail to convince viewers who have been exposed to "Criminal Minds. The women empowerment & inclusivity issue is dealt with by Shivani going into a 3-minute long powerful rant against the misogyny, hypocrisy and regressive patriarchal society that is India.
With a short running time of about 105 minutes, Mardaani 2 is still a racy, intense and brisk thriller that doesn't let your interest wane even once. Rani Mukherjee as the sharp speaking, headline grabbing and authoritative investigator is very impressive indeed. Vishal Jethwa is brilliant as the distorted minded, highly expressive psychopath who matches Rani Mukherjee's prowess. Had the criminal investigation been somewhat more intelligent or credible, Mardaani 2 could have matched The Silence of The Lambs.
